Lottery participants across Tennessee have a fresh slate of winning numbers to review following the drawings held on Saturday, September 12, 2026. The Tennessee Lottery conducts numerous drawings throughout the week, offering players various opportunities to secure cash prizes through multistate drawings, daily games, and regional jackpot offerings.
The headline drawing for the evening was Powerball, which produced the winning sequence of 14, 16, 23, 58, and 69. The red Powerball number drawn was 03, and the Power Play multiplier selected for non-jackpot prize tiers was 2. Ticket holders who match varying combinations of these selected numbers are eligible for designated prize payouts depending on their level of match and whether the multiplier option was added.
In addition to the primary Powerball drawing, the Powerball Double Play option offered an extra opportunity for participants to win. The winning numbers selected for the September 12 Double Play drawing were 21, 24, 32, 48, and 51, accompanied by a Powerball of 12. Double Play gives players holding eligible tickets a secondary chance at cash awards on the same drawing night.
The multistate Lotto America drawing also held its scheduled session on September 12, yielding the winning numbers 02, 08, 15, 43, and 52. The Star Ball drawn was 09, and the All-Star Bonus multiplier was determined to be 02. This game serves as another regular option for lottery enthusiasts seeking multistate jackpot prizes.
State-level draw games rounded out the evening selections with several distinct winning combinations. The Daily Tennessee Jackpot drawing produced the numbers 05, 08, 28, 30, and 35. Concurrently, the Millionaire for Life drawing revealed the winning sequence of 02, 13, 42, 45, and 58, with a Bonus number of 02.
For players participating in the daily Cash 3 game, three distinct drawings took place over the course of the day. The Morning drawing resulted in the numbers 6-5-0 with a Wild number of 4. The Midday session produced 1-1-9 with a Wild number of 0, while the Evening drawing yielded 9-3-5 with a Wild number of 6.
The Cash 4 game similarly produced winning four-digit combinations across all three daily sessions. The Morning numbers were 2-9-0-3 with a Wild number of 0. Later in the day, the Midday drawing generated 9-3-2-4 with a Wild number of 8, followed by the Evening drawing results of 3-3-5-3 with a Wild number of 5.
Following the release of these results, the Tennessee Lottery outlined the official protocols that winning ticket holders must follow to claim their money. Any authorized lottery retailer in the state is permitted to process and redeem winning tickets for payouts valued up to $599. Players with winning sums under $600 can collect their rewards directly from these participating retail locations without submitting a formal claim form.
For prizes that exceed $599, players are required to submit their claims either through the mail or directly at an official lottery office. When submitting a claim by mail, claimants must forward the original winning ticket, a completed winner claim form, a copy of a valid government-issued photo identification, and documentation providing proof of their Social Security number to P.O. Box 290636, Nashville, TN 37229. Claimants are also advised to provide clear contact information so lottery officials can reach them if needed.
Ticket holders choosing to claim prizes in person must sign the back of their winning ticket, fill out the official winner claim form, and present their ticket, government-issued photo identification, and proof of Social Security number at a designated Tennessee Lottery claim center.
